Who We Are
WorkPicks is operated by RMRO LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Maryland limited liability company. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use workpicks.ai.
What We Collect
When you take an assessment, we collect:
- Assessment responses (your answers to the questionnaire)
- Demographic information you provide (role, team size, brokerage type, current CRM, AI usage level)
- Your email address (only if you choose to enter it for full results)
- Your calculated scores and tier classification
- UTM parameters from the referring URL (to understand how you found us)
We also collect standard analytics data: pages visited, time on page, device type, and general geographic region. We do not use invasive tracking or sell data to advertisers.
How We Use Your Data
- Your individual results: Delivered to you only. Never shared publicly with identifying information.
- Aggregate statistics: Assessment responses are anonymized and aggregated to produce industry benchmarks. These benchmarks contain only statistical summaries (averages, distributions, percentages) — never individual responses.
- Email: Used only to deliver your assessment results and the benchmark report when published. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Product improvement: Aggregate patterns help us improve assessment questions and recommendations.
What We Don't Do
- We never sell your personal information or email address
- We never share individual assessment results with third parties
- We never use your data for advertising targeting
- We never publish information that could identify a specific respondent
Data Storage and Security
Assessment data is stored in secured cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is limited to authorized personnel for the purposes described above.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@workpicks.ai. We will delete your individual record within 30 days. Note that previously-generated aggregate statistics cannot be reversed, as they contain no individual identifiers.
Cookies and Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics (no personal data collection, no cross-site tracking). We do not use advertising cookies. We may use a single functional cookie to track whether you've completed the assessment to avoid asking you to retake it.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
